We usually count a day as productive or successful when we have achievers something really great or big.
Lately however, there has been talk about celebrating the small wins too in a day, like finishing off an email, eating a good breakfast or even taking a nap that refreshes you.
How about doing nothing? Just resting or doing a bit of silly scrolling (only a bit though), or just anything that feels like nothing?
Makes sense. Very good idea to schedule rest breaks especially when working in your PhD 😊
